Un consejo: No busquéis más y RESERVAD ahora mismo, no podéis encontrar un lugar mejor, nos lo agradeceréis. Es un sitio mágico y único, donde desconectar totalmente. La comida es realmente exquisita, con productos propios y ecológicos. El trato es increíble y familiar, y son tan amables que te hacen sentir como en casa. La decoración de los Olivillos es preciosa y parece un decorado de película. En cuanto al camino, nosotros lo hicimos perfectamente con un Mercedes, simplemente es cuestión de ir despacio... pero cuando llegas vale realmente la pena. Si te gustan los caballos o el senderismo tienes para practicar. Nuestro perrito estuvo encantado!!!

It’s remote and so peaceful with gorgeous mountain air and views. A friendly and well run riding experience with a warm welcome and lovely people, hosts and guests alike.|It was a treat from my daughter who has been to Los Olivillos 5 times now and I completely understand why. As someone in my late 60’s not very fit and although an experienced rider had not done much in the saddle for several years I was very well mounted and well looked after. The food is delicious and drinks a plenty - if you are looking for peace and tranquility and having a few days well away from it all in the saddle this is for you 😀

There are certain holidays that still make you smile weeks later. My stay at Los Olivillos was one of those holidays that I absolutely loved from start to finish. The food was delicious, the accommodation was gorgeous and the horses were so lovely to ride. Donna and Steve were the best hosts who made a real fuss of my on my birthday which meant a lot because I was travelling on my own. ||||Each horse has it's own unique personality and they are forward going and well behaved. There was a horse for everyone but I totally fell in love with Jaqueton! ❤️Steve was a brilliant riding tour leader and made sure every ride was different and provided a really interesting insight in to the local culture and history. Our safety and comfort was a top priority and I always felt well looked after. Being in the mountains, the terrain can be steep but the horses are very sure footed so you never feel unsafe. The Lost Village of El Acebuchal is definitely a highlight! I had the best time and will definitely be back!

We've had two memorable rides at Los Olivillos. Our first ride was spectacular and the kindness and hospitality of Steve and Donna made us decide to come back. On the second ride, that was much longer, we were taken on another beautiful route with fantastic views. Both times, they took care of great lunches. At our second lunch they served the best pizza we had in Cómpeta. The horses were amazing, we will definitely come back when we are in Cómpeta again!

I was absolutely thrilled to discover Los Olivillos while on holiday in Frigiliana and cannot recommend it enough. The horses are stunning, the riding glorious and the scenery breath taking. The enjoyment created by the team in this beautiful place cannot be understated.||||You can come riding for just a couple of hours, full day rides or stay for several days - including joining the local ferias. Lorna, Donna, Steve and Ricky were all a joy to spend time with and will make sure you have the best time possible. ||||I would recommend this place for all levels of rider as they have horses to suit absolute beginners as well as experienced riders. I'd also recommend to groups of mixed riding abilities as they go the extra mile to to chose routes that would let experienced riders get a canter while beginners walk on. ||||The horses are extremely well looked after by the very experienced team and are incredibly fit, carrying you around the mountains. The hospitality is also top notch - everyone very welcoming and making sure you have water (and other beverages!) on and off the rides! With a beautiful pool and 3 separate accommodation options you will not be uncomfortable here.

Fantastic experience! We took a 4 hour ride with with stunning views across the national park and the Mediterranean. Being an inexperienced rider, I was nervous at first, but both Donna and the amazing horse were incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything and put me at ease. There really was no need for me to be nervous - within a few minutes, it felt like I had been riding for years! My companion was an experienced rider and was not held back at all as the set up suits all levels. ||Donna and her team went above and beyond to make our day an experience of a lifetime, and I can't recommend Los Olivillos enough for all ages and abilities - we will definitely be back!
